Homemade beef burgers are a delicious and simple dish for 6 servings, ready in 50 minutes. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or celebrations.

Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 small onion (finely diced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Heat half of the oil in a pan. Add the diced onion and granulated garlic. Cook until the onion becomes soft and translucent.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, sautéed onion with garlic, egg, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Lightly knead with your hands.
- Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape them into burgers of your desired size. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Heat the remaining oil in a pan. Fry the burgers over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked inside.
