Homemade beef burgers are a delicious and simple dish for 6 servings, ready in 50 minutes. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion (finely diced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Heat half of the oil in a pan. Add the diced onion and granulated garlic. Cook until the onion becomes soft and translucent.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, sautéed onion with garlic, egg, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Lightly knead with your hands.
  3. Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape them into burgers of your desired size. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat the remaining oil in a pan. Fry the burgers over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked inside.

Tips

  • Serve with buns, lettuce, tomatoes, or your favorite sauce.
  • Red meat is rich in iron, which helps maintain hemoglobin levels and prevents anemia.
